Time is a awsome thing....Especially if you can control it...

And So it begins......

Jodie gets around with her Library card.... But she has to be careful as Ms Noble the library teacher is not who she seems. Slightly mad and doesnt really like giving out these precious cards.

She sat on her bed and got the library card out of her school pack. It was smooth, blue and shiny, with the initial FA on the left hand side and had 5 buttons all the same, shaped with a light along the bottom of the card, she so loved these cards. When you pressed a button to say the name and date of where you wanted to go it lit up. Sending you on a journey of breathtaking excitment...Unless you said the wrong date of course!!

Jodie loved to walk in the park..Most of the animals were now exctinct...

Along the road she walked, listening to the silence... Far away from the tubeTravel noises of the city. There was not a lot of natures sounds, but the silence, she thought was golden...

The table also had paper cups, plates and hats on it in wild metallic colours, and bottles of pop waiting to be drunk. And above this rather sorry-looking party table was a sign spray-painted onto an old sheet that might ordinarily say Happy Birthday, or Welcome Home or Congratulations. But this one said:
The End of the World
Looking around them, they could see that, other than the party table and the sign, they were surrounded by lots and lots of nothing. Space quite literally stretched out around them on all sides not even bothering to change colour from the glaring white that was radiating around them. The only thing that existed was them, the table and that sign.

end of the world 2

London June 1944....within seconds she was on a street, she had read on the net that in June 1944 that Londoners again suffered from daily indiscriminate bombing but this time it was the V1 (also called doodlebugs) and V2 rockets. The doodlebugs would drone over head then they would be silent, and then an almighty explosion would come just seconds after. They were the most terrifying of all the bombs dropped. Although the V1s and V2s did not cause the biggest devastation seen in the Blitz, they did cause terrible bloodshed and damage in the immediate area they hit.
